Architecture and Interior Design of Hotel and Restaurant 


The tasks of the our restaurant consulting company were:

- to carry out a complete rebranding  of an outdated hotel, all-season restaurant, grill bar, summer terrace and gazebos, landscape;

- to attract a completely new consumers;

- to create a new concept menu and wine list;

- to train all restaurant employees;

- to restart a new hotel and restaurants;

- to elaborate sustainability plan

What we have made:

  • Firstly we assessed the competitive environment, the needs and expectations of target customers and the marketing opportunities of the hotel's location. As a reasult, we made a feasibility study of the project.
  • Secondly we developed new concept for the hotel and restaurant. The main idea of the new concept is an atmospheric high-quality countryside vacation with modern urban comfort and service that is ahead of Your desires!  The marketing slogan of the new concept has become: "We are ahead of Your wishes! " and " Have a rest tastefully!".  We made this deсision based on the characteristics of the hotel's location, on the analysis of the competitive environment and on the assessment of the requirements of the target customers.
  • Thirdly we changed the outdated naming Saksagan' to a new  conceptual naming Park House Hotel with grill bar Wood&Food and all -season restaurant Priroda.
  • Fourtly we created new concept menu and perfect wine list and cocktails proposal.
  • Fifth we developed a complete architectural design of the restaurant exterior; a complete interior design for all-season restaurant and summer terrace, lobby bar. We selected all the furniture, light and sanitary engineering, decoration materials and elements of the décor.We realized author’s supervision during the implementation of the exterior & interior design project.
  • Sixtly we developed a landscape project.
  • Seventh we made up a complete technological project based on the menu, new restaurant concept, sanitary standarts and fire safety requirements. We selected all necessary technological equipment and ajusted them according to a set-up of engineering connections.
  • Eight we designed a pavilions for summer rest with their own BBQ-statoins .
  • Ninthly we drawed up full package of engineering drawing for gazebos with their own BBQ-stations, summer terrace and restaurant.
  • Tenth we completely changed target consumers and  strategy for further development. We worked out all details and elaborated sustainability plan and benefits programs for customers.
  • In the eleventh we trained all employees.
  • In the twelfth we rendered full restaurant consulting  at all stages of the  project and on any issues.
  • Finally we successfully launched a new restaurant and summer zones for tasteful rest.
