The task of our restaurant consulting company was to develop the interior design of a pizzeria and open a turnkey pizzeria.


What our interior design agency and restaurant consulting company have made:

  1. We conducted a market research, assessed the competitive environment and, based on the results developed the concept of  a food establishment -a family cafe-pizzeria with a wood-fired pizza oven.
  2. We came up with the name of the pizzeria -"Melnica" (Mill) and marketing slogan " Always delicious food!"
  3. We chose the name "Melnica" (Mill) because the main ingredient of pizza and various pastries is the perfect dough,which is made from high-quality flour, and the flour is ground in a mill!
  4. Our designer developed  the complete interior design of the pizzeria and provided the author's supervision during the implementation of  the interior project.
  5. The highlight of the concept and interior design was an authentic Italian wood -fired oven and an handmade interactive mill wall installation.
  6. Our designer selected all the furniture, lamps, decoration materials, sanitary ware, decor elements.
  7. We developed a complex of technological and engineering projects; selected all equipment, crockery and ware.
  8. Our Chef created  a very tasty and so amazing menu! Favorite dishes on the menu are Neapolitan pizza, prepared  according to authentic recipe in a wood-fired oven;  meat and fish cooked in a wood-fired oven according to the Chef's own recipes. Duck smoked over cherry wood is another absolute hit of the menu. The duck is served with a signature cherry sauce and smoked pears.
  9. Our pastry Chef created a fantastic sweet menu with Italian, Ukrainian and original desserts.
  10. We drew up a staffing schedule, developed job descriptions and conducted training for all restaurant employees.
  11. We organized and fine-tuned all technological, logistical and business processess.
  12. We worked out all details and elaborated sustainability plan and benefits programs for the customers.
  13. Finally we successfully  turnkey launched cafe & pizzeria! For 3 weeks. our team "lived" at the facility, providing professional restaurant consultations and assistance in all matters.
