Task of the restaurant consulting company to develop a trendy and laconic interior for the burger café Ketchup Room keeping style of the contemporary American burger café. The major criterion of the project is an inexpensive and simple implementation of the interior.  The author of the interior design of the burger cafés Ketchup Room is our architect Miroslav Zhaldak. For today it is the third realized project of Ketchup Room. Burger café Ketchup Room is a Ukrainian philosophy of American burgers.

What we have made:

  •          We created a  stylish and modern design project of the interior of the burger café according to technical requirements and within budget limits.
  •       We selected all the furniture, light and sanitary engineering, decoration materials and elements of the décor.
  •          We made up the complete technology project, based on the menu and concept of the burger café and we made an arrangement of equipment according to a set-up of engineering connections.
  • We selected all necessary technological equipment, crockery and ware.
  • We developed a full package of engineering drawings:                                                                      the set of drawings of the electrotechnical solutions (ETS); the set of drawings of the structured cablings (SC); the set of drawings of the video surveillance (VS); the  set of drawings of the water & sanitation (WS)
  • We realized author’s supervision during the implementation of the interior design project.
  • We calculated all costs and did't exceed the budget approved by the customer.
